Therapy That Helps You Heal, Reconnect, and Truly Thrive

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences can make life feel harder than it should. Whether you’re navigating trauma, managing anxiety, or trying to understand patterns that keep repeating, therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin healing.

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and real. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, without pressure, and without having to hold everything together. Your story matters, and you deserve a place where it can be explored with compassion and clarity.

How I Work

I tailor therapy to your needs, blending reflection, emotional processing, and practical tools you can use in daily life. My work integrates:

EMDR Therapy – Helping you process trauma, distressing memories, and emotional patterns that feel stuck.

Somatic‑Informed Approaches – Supporting nervous system regulation and helping you reconnect with your body’s cues.

Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring deeper patterns, relationships, and the impact of past experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Building skills to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.

Creative & Expressive Therapies – Using art, imagery, and creativity to support emotional processing and insight.

We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, especially when trauma is part of your story. My role is to help you explore what’s underneath your struggles while building tools that support long‑term healing. Not just surviving, but slowly reclaiming the capacity to thrive.

What Inspires My Work

I’ve sat on the therapy couch myself. I know what it feels like to wrestle with your own pain and still show up for life. That experience shaped the way I practice today, with authenticity, empathy, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to heal.

I’m passionate about helping people move from simply getting through the day to feeling more grounded, connected, and alive. Healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms, it’s about rediscovering the parts of yourself that were pushed aside, silenced, or forgotten.
