Helping you understand yourself so you can feel more connected and alive.

Many of my clients come to me because they feel unfulfilled in their lives. This often shows up as anxiety, feeling stuck, or dissatisfaction in their relationships – friendships, family, or work – while also believing they “have no reason” to feel the way they do. I’ve heard many times, “My life is good and so was my childhood. Why am I so unhappy?”

I believe in creating a safe space for clients to explore their deepest emotions and the limiting beliefs that keep them stuck in recurring patterns. As your therapist, my role is to help facilitate your process and support you in discovering what you want for yourself, not to push my agenda or what I think you need. You are the expert in your own experience, and my intention is to help you uncover what you need to heal and thrive.

The foundation of my counseling approach is the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which is why I call myself a Relational Trauma Therapist. Our work focuses on what you want for yourself, allowing us to build deeper internal connection and strengthen your relationships with others so you can move toward the life you want and deserve.

Many of my clients carry limiting beliefs that began in childhood and continue to shape their adult lives, creating conflict both internally and externally.

As clients develop more curiosity, release judgment, recognize their protective strategies, and dismantle the beliefs holding them back, they often experience a greater sense of connection, clarity, and aliveness.

I enjoy working with adults and utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and of course, NARM. I am passionate about learning and growing so I can continually support you as you grow through our work together. I love what I do, and I believe that shows through ongoing support, compassion, validation, and a genuine desire to understand your internal experience.

I believe in the importance of self‑care. When I’m not in session, I love reading fantasy and fiction, taking cruises, traveling to different countries, and making cheese boards for friends and family. I also adore snuggling my family’s miniature dachshund, Gretel, who cries with joy every time I visit.
