Therapy for Professionals Navigating Stress, Burnout, and Life Transitions

Balancing work, relationships, faith, and personal wellbeing can feel overwhelming, especially when stress, self‑doubt, or past experiences start to take a toll. Many professionals, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and high‑achieving individuals find themselves carrying more than they can comfortably hold. If you’re feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone.

I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, anxiety, trauma, imposter syndrome, and major life or career transitions. I also enjoy working with Christian clients who want to integrate their faith into the healing process in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.

My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with your values.

How I Work

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply values‑based. I integrate:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Helping you make room for difficult emotions, connect with your core values, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Mindful Self‑Compassion – Supporting you in treating yourself with the same kindness you offer others, especially during moments of stress or self‑criticism.

Somatic & Breathwork Techniques – Helping you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s signals.

EMDR Therapy – Processing trauma, distressing memories, and emotional patterns that keep you stuck.

Trauma‑Informed Care – Ensuring safety, pacing, and collaboration at every step.

Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your stress or overwhelm, strengthen your resilience, and build tools that support long‑term wellbeing, not just in your career, but across your whole life.

What Guides My Work

I understand the weight of these struggles because I’ve faced many of them myself. I know what it feels like to push through stress, doubt your abilities, or lose sight of your own needs while caring for others. Those experiences shaped my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that is compassionate, grounding, and genuinely supportive.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their values, rediscover their strengths, and build lives that feel balanced, meaningful, and sustainable.

What I Can Help With

I support clients navigating:

  • Imposter Syndrome & Self‑Doubt – Challenging unhelpful narratives and strengthening confidence.
  • Life & Career Transitions – Navigating change with clarity, intention, and values‑based direction.
