Therapy for Deep Feelers, Thinkers, and Those Navigating Complex Inner Worlds
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve struggled to connect with past therapists or felt misunderstood in previous spaces. My work centers on creating a relationship where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and free to show up as your full self.
I help adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from their emotions, or weighed down by past experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or long‑standing patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply and move toward healing.
My style is warm, collaborative, and attuned. I’m an engaged therapist — someone who offers reflections, themes, and gentle challenges rather than simply asking questions. I work especially well with clients who are new to therapy or who haven’t felt fully understood in previous therapeutic relationships.
How I Work
My approach is integrative and trauma‑informed. I draw from several modalities to support your unique needs:
EMDR Therapy – Processing trauma, painful memories, and emotional blocks at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
Somatic & Mind‑Body Approaches – Helping you reconnect with your body’s signals and regulate your nervous system.
Narrative Therapy – Exploring the stories you’ve carried and reshaping the ones that no longer reflect who you are.
Attachment‑Based Therapy – Understanding how early relationships shape current patterns and building healthier ways of relating.
Trauma‑Focused & Relational Work – Creating a therapeutic relationship that supports deep healing and emotional safety.
I prioritize authenticity, creativity, and connection. Therapy with me is a space where you can bring multiple layers of your experience, thoughts, emotions, memories, identity, relationships, and still feel supported and heard.
The Heart of My Approach
I believe therapy is most powerful when clients feel deeply understood. Humans are complex, and your therapy should reflect that complexity, not reduce you to symptoms or surface‑level concerns.
My passion for this work comes from witnessing how transformative it can be when someone finally feels safe enough to explore the parts of themselves they’ve had to hide, minimize, or carry alone. I’m committed to offering a space where you can slow down, make sense of your inner world, and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you are.
