Therapy That Fits Your Life

For after‑hours or same‑day scheduling, you can text (832) 694‑1979 Sunday–Friday as late as midnight to speak with Cole, who offers limited availability for same‑day, evening, and late‑night virtual sessions.

Clear, Honest Support for the Hard Parts of Life

Life can get complicated fast. Stress builds, emotions pile up, and old patterns start running the show. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. You deserve a space where you can slow down, sort things out, and feel genuinely supported.

My approach is grounded in honesty, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. You’re the expert on your story. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening, find clarity, and build a path that feels true to who you are.

How I Work

I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all therapy. I tailor each session to what you need in the moment, whether that’s practical tools, deeper exploration, or simply a place to breathe. My work integrates:

EMDR Therapy – For clients wanting deeper healing from trauma, stuck memories, or emotional patterns that won’t budge.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helping you shift the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck.

Solution‑Focused Therapy – Zeroing in on what’s working and building from your strengths.

Person‑Centered Therapy – Creating a space grounded in trust, authenticity, and genuine connection.

Trauma‑Informed Care – Ensuring safety, empowerment, and collaboration at every step.

I also offer evening, late‑evening, and Sunday appointments, because therapy should fit real life, not the other way around.

What I Believe

Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy every minute. I value humor, candor, and real conversation. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, even when things feel messy or hard to talk about.

I believe people grow when they feel safe, understood, and supported. My job is to help you explore your experiences without judgment, challenge the patterns that aren’t serving you, and reconnect with the version of yourself that feels grounded, capable, and whole.

What I Can Help With

I support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety & Panic – Helping you understand what’s driving the worry and building tools to calm your mind and body so you can feel more grounded and in control.
  • Depression & Mood Disorders – Supporting you in navigating emotional heaviness, identifying patterns that keep you stuck, and creating strategies that bring stability and relief.
  • Trauma & PTSD – Using EMDR and trauma‑informed care to help you process overwhelming experiences so they feel less intrusive and no longer dictate your daily life.
  • OCD & Intrusive Thoughts – Clarifying the cycle behind intrusive thoughts and compulsions while teaching skills that reduce distress and help you regain a sense of agency.
  • Anger & Emotion Regulation – Exploring what’s underneath intense emotions and developing healthier ways to respond so you feel more steady and less reactive.
  • Grief & Loss – Holding space for the pain, confusion, and changes that come with loss while helping you move toward meaning, hope, and emotional balance.
  • Addiction & Recovery – Understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and building practical, compassionate strategies that support long‑term recovery and healthier coping.
  • Bipolar & Borderline Disorder – Helping you build insight, emotional stability, and tools that support healthier relationships, steadier moods, and a more balanced daily life.
  • Stress & Overwhelm – Helping you untangle the pressure, mental load, and constant “on edge” feeling so you can regain clarity, slow down your thoughts, and feel more capable in your daily life.
  • Men’s Issues & Relationship Challenges – Supporting men in navigating emotional suppression, communication struggles, identity conflicts, and relationship stress so they can show up more confidently and authentically in their lives and partnerships.

Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way and build tools that help you move forward with confidence.
