Welcome to a Journey of Healing and Growth

In the fast-paced environment of Houston, TX, many people struggle with feelings of burnout, compassion fatigue, anxiety, overwhelming stress, trauma, and difficult life and career transitions. As a professional, you might feel increasing pressure from both your career and personal responsibilities, which can lead to a sense of being stuck in a cycle of exhaustion. If this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. I specialize in supporting busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and caregivers in Texas who are trying to navigate the complexities of life while feeling burdened by the demands on their time and energy.

Identifying and Managing Life’s Challenges

My focus is on helping you identify and manage life’s many challenges. If you’re struggling to muster the motivation to complete daily tasks, feeling chronic stress, or longing for a more fulfilling path but are unsure of how to take the leap, I’m here to guide you. Together, we can work on strategies that promote healing, resilience, and ultimately, a richer, more balanced life.

A Compassionate Approach to Therapy

I deeply understand the weight of these struggles because I’ve faced many of them myself. Life’s journey is rarely without its obstacles, but you don’t have to face them alone. I offer a supportive and compassionate space for you to begin your journey of healing and growth.

My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful method that helps you stop resisting pain and instead, embrace and accept your experiences. By connecting with your core values, you’ll unlock the ability to make transformative changes that align with your authentic self, creating a life that feels genuine and fulfilling.

In addition to ACT, I emphasize mindful self-compassion—treating yourself with the same kindness you would show a dear friend. Incorporating somatic breathing techniques and offering EMDR therapy, I focus on the profound connection between mind and body, addressing both emotional and physical aspects of stress and trauma. These practices foster holistic healing, inner peace, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Together, we’ll work to cultivate resilience, enhance your overall well-being, and empower you to take confident steps forward. With the right tools and support, you’ll be ready to thrive.
