Careers at Resilience Counseling and Wellness
A practice built for real healing
Resilience Counseling and Wellness is a Houston based group practice that helps people move out of survival mode and into a more connected, regulated way of living. Our work goes far beyond traditional talk therapy. We support clients through trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, religious trauma, burnout, and long standing patterns that live in both the mind and the body. Our therapists use approaches like EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, somatic and polyvagal work, and other trauma-focused modalities that help clients access deeper layers of healing.
The same care we offer our clients is reflected in how we support our clinicians. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel grounded, respected, and able to grow at a sustainable pace.
