Your Responsibilities:

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • 36-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 36 hours notice for appointment cancellations
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Your full session fee may apply for cancellations with less than 36 hours notice
  • No-Show Fee: Your full session fee applies for missed appointments without prior notice
  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand that true emergencies occur and will work with you on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

  • Outstanding balances over 60 days may be subject to collection procedures
