Do you feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending cycle, where the same issues keep repeating themselves?

Are you tired of starting over and feeling like you’re doomed to failure? If so, we can work together to identify the roadblocks that are holding you back. As a mental health and nutrition counselor, I specialize in helping people achieve their goals and live more fulfilling, intentional lives.

Using evidence-based therapy and a collaborative approach, we’ll explore the different aspects of your life and develop powerful tools to help you overcome obstacles. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, life transitions, divorce, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, confidence, motivation, depression, and food and body issues.

My counseling approach is centered around your personal goals and values. By examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we’ll work together to create a roadmap for success. I utilize several different counseling modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.

As your counselor, I bring a unique perspective to our sessions. I’ve personally struggled with many of the same issues that my clients face, including depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. Mental health counselors were a lifeline for me during those difficult times, and they helped me grow and overcome many obstacles. That’s why I became a counselor – to offer hope and empower others to achieve their goals.

In addition to counseling, I also approach therapy from a holistic perspective. Our bodies, thoughts, and circumstances are all interconnected, and I believe that true healing requires a comprehensive view of each individual’s unique situation. My background in nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health gives me a broad perspective that allows me to help my clients achieve lasting change.

I’m passionate about helping people live their best lives, and I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome life’s obstacles. If you’re ready to take the first step toward a more abundant life, let’s work together to uncover the beauty and power within you.
