Do you feel stuck in a never-ending cycle, where the same issues keep repeating themselves?

Do you feel tired of starting over and like you’re doomed to failure? We can work together to identify the roadblocks holding you back. As a therapist and nutrition counselor, I specialize in helping people achieve their goals and live more fulfilling, intentional lives.

Using evidence-based therapy and a collaborative approach we’ll develop powerful tools to help you overcome obstacles in your life. I work with issues like stress, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and food and body issues.

My counseling approach is centered around your personal goals and values. By examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we’ll work together to create a roadmap for success. I use several counseling modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and motivational interviewing techniques.

Since I’ve personally dealt with many of the same issues my clients face, I can offer a unique perspective during sessions. My struggles with depression, anxiety, and disordered eating caused me to seek help. In that challenging period, mental health counselors were a crucial source of support for me. They helped me overcome obstacles and grow. That’s why I became a counselor – to provide hope and empower others to reach their goals.

Along with traditional counseling, I approach therapy from a holistic perspective. Our bodies, thoughts, and circumstances are all connected, and real healing requires a holistic understanding of each person’s situation. My diverse background in nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health enables me to support clients in creating lasting change.

I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome life’s obstacles. Are you ready to take the first step toward a more abundant life?  Let’s work together to uncover the beauty and power within you.
