Do you feel stuck, like you keep starting over but never quite getting where you want to be?

Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, grieving a loss, experiencing relationship strain, or feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma. You want clarity, momentum, and peace, but something keeps getting in the way. My style is straightforward and engaged. I tend to jump in early, help you get oriented, and offer clear direction so you don’t feel like you’re spinning your wheels.

I work with adults who are ready to move forward but feel blocked. Together, we identify the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that are keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you create lasting, meaningful change. I’m an active therapist, not someone who simply nods along. I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, offer direct feedback, and help you build momentum from the very first sessions.

As a therapist and nutrition counselor, I support adults facing life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, confidence struggles, and disordered eating patterns. Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable, yet internally exhausted from trying to “figure it out” on their own. If you appreciate a therapist who is warm but also candid, structured, and ready to get to work, you may find my approach especially grounding.

Our work is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Your goals, values, and (if meaningful to you) spiritual beliefs guide the process. We’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body to create a personalized roadmap that aligns with the life you want to build. I bring clarity and direction to our sessions, helping you stay focused on what matters most. I’m not afraid to name what’s getting in the way so we can move toward change rather than circling the same patterns.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Motivational Interviewing. This integrative approach allows therapy to be tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all model.

My work is also informed by lived experience. In addition to navigating depression, anxiety, and disordered eating, I have walked through seasons of grief, divorce, and the evolving journey of parenthood, from raising young children to redefining relationships with adult children. I understand how disorienting and vulnerable these chapters can feel. Therapy was a steady source of support and growth in my own life, which is why I am deeply committed to offering that same grounded, compassionate presence to others. My directness comes from a place of care. I know how powerful it can be when someone finally names what you’ve been carrying alone, and how quickly things can shift once you have a clear path forward.

I take a holistic approach, recognizing that our minds, bodies, relationships, life circumstances, and spiritual lives are interconnected. With a background in nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health, I help clients create change that is not just insightful, but sustainable.

You are not broken, you are simply responding to what you’ve been through. If you’re ready to move forward with intention and support, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
