Hey you! Congratulations on taking the first step towards prioritizing your well-being!

Seeking help may seem selfish, but it is the opposite. It takes courage to seek help, and it’s a crucial step towards a more fulfilling life and being able to fully be there for those you care about.

My office is a safe, nurturing space where you can take a break from everyday stress and receive the support you need to overcome challenging times.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults who struggle with body image concerns, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their needs and boundaries, and empowering them to live a more satisfying life.

My approach is nonjudgmental and accepting. I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey. Every individual is unique, so we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that suits your individual needs and helps you achieve your goals.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to provide support as you navigate life’s challenges. During our sessions, we’ll work together to identify your goals and develop strategies to help you overcome whatever you’re facing. I believe in creating a partnership where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.

I’m also trained in Brainspotting – a form of psychotherapy akin to EMDR that can help you access and process traumatic memories and other difficult emotions. I’ve found Brainspotting to be effective in treating a range of issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and chronic pain. It’s a gentle yet powerful technique that can help you heal from past traumas and move forward in your life.

If you’re ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling life, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
