I believe that life can and will get better, and I’m here to learn about your experiences and understand your world and what it’s like to be you.

My goal is to join you on this journey, provide support, and equip you with the tools and resources you need to regain a sense of control over your life.

Many of my clients start therapy seeking help for anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. However, as therapy progresses, we find that additional factors like trauma, attachment dynamics, and underlying shame or guilt may also contribute to their struggles.

I specialize in anxiety, attachment concerns, OCD and its subtypes (such as harm, aggression, sexual, religious, contamination, relationship, illness, etc.), and religious and spiritual trauma.

I also work with clients struggling with depression, dissociative disorders (DID), mood disorders, bipolar and borderline personality disorders, addiction concerns, sleep issues, anger management, survivors of fundamentalist religious groups, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum issues, among other issues.

In my work, I draw from a range of therapies such as EMDR, Somatic ExperiencingERP therapyCBT, and EFIT.  There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so together we will craft a customized treatment plan that caters to your unique goals, providing you with everything you require to address your personal needs.

Through our work together, you will feel loved, regain your sense of dignity and self-worth, and become hopeful about the future. Fear will no longer hold you back, and you’ll experience joy and peace where there was once distress.

Mental and emotional pain can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be permanent. You deserve to live a life of freedom and healing, and I am here to support you on that journey.
