Many times, clients initially come in wanting to address anxiety, depression, or problems in their relationships. They often discover that there are other contributing factors like trauma, insecure attachment dynamics, and underlying shame and guilt. I believe things CAN get better. I am here to learn what it’s like to be you in your world. I hope to join you there, walk alongside you, and support you with the tools and resources I have. I want to help you regain a sense of control over your life, build coping skills, and assist you in making the changes you desire.

My areas of particular focus are OCD and its sub-types (harm, aggression, sexual, religious, contamination, relationship, illness, etc.), religious and spiritual trauma, and attachment concerns. To support you in these areas, I utilize EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that is client-specific and tailored to your unique goals. I can share with you many tools and resources to address your specific needs rather than using a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

As clients work with me, they discover they are loved, regain a sense of dignity and self-worth, and feel hopeful about the future. They become less fearful and more confident. They experience joy and peace where they once felt distress. Mental and emotional pain is agonizing, but it doesn't have to be permanent. Change, healing, and freedom are yours to claim.
