Life can be tough, and sometimes we face challenges that are beyond our capacity to handle alone.

Seeking help can be intimidating, especially when it comes to finding a therapist that matches your needs. However, I assure you that I will be there to support you in the darkest of times and walk alongside you until we find the light together.

My expertise lies in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, self-harm, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and identity crises. I specialize in sexual trauma, emotional abuse, suicidal ideation, attachment issues, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ issues, spiritual trauma, and those dark night-of-the-soul times.

I use an integrative therapeutic approach, which involves drawing from various therapy styles and modalities to customize your treatment to your needs. I believe that every individual is unique and requires a personalized style of therapy. For individuals seeking trauma therapy, I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

I am known for my warm, authentic, sincere, and humorous approach. My primary goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel valued and secure to be your authentic self. My clients come from various backgrounds and faiths and all are welcome.

Healing is possible, and it’s never too late to start. Your willingness to read this shows that you’re ready for change.

Take the next step and reach out today. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.
